To help you achieve all this and more we provide community based classes in activities suitable for all adults regardless of where you are on your journey.
Our classes and sessions vary widely, from KoDo a new Mind-Body fitness practice to our own unique Running and Walking groups.
We also run occasional Wellness Retreats to provide opportunities to step out and connect with yourself.
