The course is held each Thursday for 4 weeks 9.30 - 11.30 am.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

What can I bring into the event?

If you have a workout mat please bring this, although it's not essential. You should bring with you a drink and a large towel to sit or kneel on, or use as a support for your neck when laying down for meditation. Chairs are also available if needed. Please wear suitable clothing which you can easily move and exercise in.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

You can contact us on

Or call on 01772 695 365

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will just ask for your name when you arrive, and ask you to complete an enrolment.

If you have enrolled on a Recovery College course before you can just pop your name and email address on the form and we will do the rest. However as we are working in partnership with other organisations who offer the courses freely they may require you to complete some paperwork for them as well.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Please let us know if you change the person who is attending, this helps us to manage attendance and to report on activity, it also supports us to understand your progression route so we can support a whole process for you.

If you need to cancel your booking please let us know this as well as we will then be able to offer your space to someone else.

If you are completing a sign up for someone else, such as a person you are working with, please make sure to put their name and their email address, so they will get the reminder email 48 hours before!
